Notice to Students
1. Legal Ease Real Estate School (the “School”) has been approved with the Georgia Real Estate Commission, expiration date is 12/21/2022.
2. You will earn 3 continuing education credit hours upon successful completion of the course.
3. This course is offered as an online class.
4. The instructor will be Nancy Wasdin, attorney, Wasdin Closing Group LLC.
5. This course does not have homework, an examination or a grade.
6. Students must complete all lectures of the course to be considered complete (e.g. watch all videos in each section). Students must answer quiz questions (if any), verify identity when prompted and submit an evaluation form to receive credit.
7. The School will not allow anyone to recruit students to become new affiliates for any brokerage firm as a result of the information provided to take this class.
8. Students will not receive any continuing education credit for taking a course if they have taken the same course within the previous twelve months.
9. No recruiting for employment opportunities for any real estate brokerage firm is allowed in this class. Report promptly any effort to recruit on behalf of a brokerage firm by anyone (including a fellow student) to Nancy Wasdin at 678-551-2399 or the Georgia Real Estate Commission.
When will credits be reported?
Once a course shows as completed online, an evaluation form must be sent to the school. Once that is received, please allow 24-48 hours for credits to be reported to GREC.
Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your course please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Courses completed will not be refunded.
Student Completion Requirements
Students must complete all lectures of the course to be considered complete (e.g. watch all videos in each section). Students must answer quiz questions (if any), verify identity when prompted and submit an evaluation form to receive credit.
The course CAN be completed in more than one sitting. To take a break from the course, simply pause the lecture you’re in. When you return, your progress will have been saved and you can pick up where you left off.
And since the courses are available 24/7 wherever you have access to a computer and the internet you can work on them completely at your convenience.
